City Pulse Multiventures Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, approved at a board meeting held on 12 February 2026. Revenue from operations for 9M FY26 stood at Rs 378.75 lakhs, up about 45% from Rs 261.19 lakhs in 9M FY25, while Q3 revenue was Rs 147.60 lakhs versus Rs 161.30 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a mild year-on-year dip. Net profit for 9M FY26 jumped to Rs 173.70 lakhs (EPS Rs 1.63) from Rs 106.98 lakhs (EPS Rs 1.00) last year, and Q3 PAT rose to Rs 74.67 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.70) from Rs 57.88 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.54). The company has no long-term or short-term borrowings and holds cash of around Rs 578 lakhs. The auditor (Rajendra J. Shah & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong 9M earnings growth, healthy margins and a debt-free balance sheet with healthy cash reserves are positives for shareholders. However, the sequential softening in Q3 revenue may attract some scrutiny despite the profit boost coming from lower other expenses.
