City Pulse Multiventures reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 111.90 lakhs (vs Rs 113.64 lakhs YoY, a slight dip). However total expenses jumped about 64% to Rs 65.36 lakhs, driven mainly by other expenses rising to Rs 40.96 lakhs from Rs 11.87 lakhs. Standalone PAT fell 37% to Rs 34.44 lakhs (vs Rs 54.58 lakhs), with EPS at Rs 0.32 (vs Rs 0.51). Consolidated PAT stood at Rs 33.59 lakhs. The auditor issued a clean, unqualified limited review report.
Flat revenue with sharply higher expenses hurt profits; margins compressed meaningfully. Watch management explanation for the spike in other expenses.
