City Union Bank has fixed July 31, 2026 as the record date for dividend. The bank declared 200 percent dividend (Rs 2 per share) for FY2026 on equity shares with face value of Re 1 each. Dividend will be paid on or after the AGM on August 14, 2026. The board also approved raising up to Rs 500 crore via the QIP route, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Shareholders on record by July 31, 2026 get Rs 2 dividend per share. Rs 500 crore QIP plan may lead to equity dilution.
