The Board approved standalone unaudited Q2 and H1 FY2027 results, subject to a limited review by joint statutory auditors. Q2 total income rose to Rs 244,246 lakh from Rs 191,226 lakh, and net profit was about Rs 41,591 lakh versus Rs 32,859 lakh. H1 income and profit were Rs 467,104 lakh and Rs 79,849 lakh. Gross and net NPA ratios fell to 1.44% and 0.48% from 2.42% and 0.90%. Prior-period EPS was restated for the bonus issue.
Strong profit growth, lower NPAs and a 27.26% capital ratio support shareholders, though H1 provisions rose to Rs 19,800 lakh.
