CL Educate crossed the ₹500 crore revenue milestone for the first time, growing 55% to ₹570 crore with EBITDA more than doubling to ₹69 crore. Cash generation improved significantly to ₹79 crore from ₹26 crore last year. The DEXIT assessment business (now fully integrated) posted 9-10% revenue growth with 100% client rollover and 80-85% of FY27 order book already filled. However, the EdTech/L&D segment faced structural headwinds with 11% revenue decline due to AI disruption and falling ARPU (down 12-14%), which management expects to continue for 4-5 more quarters. MarTech grew 11% to ₹161 crore with strong international expansion. Outstanding debt stands at ₹233 crore with the acquisition loan reduced from ₹210 crore to ₹180 crore. Management flagged fundraising plans as on pause and mentioned exploring land asset sales.
The strong overall performance with robust cash generation is positive, but the struggling EdTech segment and high debt servicing costs (₹85 crore interest and depreciation) remain concerns. The DEXIT synergies and university empanelment deal could provide multi-year growth visibility.
