CL Educate reported unaudited H1 FY27 consolidated income of ₹305.1 crore, down 4.4%, while EBITDA rose 13.2% to ₹56.8 crore. ₹20.5 crore of cost cuts widened the EBITDA margin to 18.6%, and profit after tax reached ₹6.6 crore despite a ₹3.2 crore impairment. New digital assessment contracts carry ₹39 crore annual value and ₹172 crore multi-year value.
Cost cuts and contract wins support earnings, but falling revenue and test-prep weakness remain risks. Proposed refinancing could improve funding flexibility.
