On the reaction day the stock moved 5.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Quarter revenue rose 68% to Rs164.35 crore and profit rose 54% to Rs5.20 crore. In the first half, revenue rose 62% to Rs310.03 crore and operating earnings rose 92% to Rs40.87 crore. Profit fell to Rs1.49 crore from Rs7.55 crore as finance costs surged after DEXIT. Discontinued work loss was Rs1.75 crore. Auditors noted Rs5.25 crore in pending receivables, with no qualification. Rs12.81 crore of GST demand plus equal penalty is under appeal.
Revenue growth may support the stock, but high finance costs, discontinued losses and the GST appeal could limit near-term gains.
