CL Educate crossed the ₹500 crore revenue threshold for the first time, reporting ₹570 crore in FY26 (55% YoY growth). EBITDA more than doubled to ₹69 crore from ₹33 crore. The Assessments segment (DEXIT) grew 9-10% to ₹223 crore with EBITDA up from ₹34 crore to ₹51 crore. The EdTech/L&D business faced structural headwinds from AI disruption, causing an 11% revenue decline despite 4% volume growth, with average realization dropping 12-14%. MarTech grew 11% to ₹161 crore. Cash generation from operations robust at ₹79 crore. Outstanding debt reduced from ₹210 crore to ₹180 crore. DEXIT integration is complete, and the company has been empaneled with top 200 universities for enrollment, job readiness, and placement services. Fundraising plans are on pause given the market environment.
Strong topline and margin expansion in Assessments offset weakness in EdTech. The company appears well-positioned with diversified revenue streams and a healthy order book, but the EdTech turnaround will take another 4-5 quarters. Shareholders should monitor the university partnership expansion and DEXIT's international push as key growth catalysts.
