Clara Industries Ltd announced audited financial results for H2 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 1,077.89 lakhs from Rs. 1,268.13 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 15%. Total income stood at Rs. 1,103.78 lakhs versus Rs. 1,277.12 lakhs last year. Profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 189.03 lakhs from Rs. 419.67 lakhs, a fall of nearly 55%. EPS came in at Rs. 0.91 compared with Rs. 2.07 in the previous year. The company issued bonus shares of 1.65 crore equity shares during the period. Statutory auditor M/s Jay Gupta & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and operating cash flow turned positive at Rs. 433.42 lakhs versus a cash burn of Rs. 1,880.59 lakhs in FY24.
Both top-line and bottom-line declined sharply year-on-year despite a clean audit, which could pressure the stock. However, a swing to positive operating cash flow and very low debt (D/E under 0.03) provide some balance-sheet comfort.
