Clean Science and Technology's board, at its July 17, 2025 meeting, approved the unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated results. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose modestly to ₹2,199.06 crore from ₹2,173.14 crore in Q1 FY25, while profit after tax grew about 6% to ₹765.74 crore and EPS stood at ₹7.21 versus ₹6.79. On a consolidated basis, revenue was ₹2,428.69 crore and PAT was ₹700.63 crore, both up roughly 6–8% year-on-year. The 22nd AGM is scheduled for September 11, 2025 via video conferencing, and the final dividend for FY25 will be paid on September 26, 2025 to shareholders on the register as of the record date of September 4, 2025.
