Clean Science and Technology reported strong FY25 results with consolidated revenue from operations growing about 22% to Rs. 9,666.44 million from Rs. 7,914.85 million in FY24. Consolidated profit after tax rose to Rs. 2,644.05 million (vs Rs. 2,440.26 million), while standalone PAT grew to Rs. 2,923.02 million from Rs. 2,476.88 million. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per share (400% on face value of Rs. 1), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an un-modified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved the re-appointment of two Whole-Time Directors (Krishnakumar Boob and Siddhartha Sikchi) for a 5-year term starting April 1, 2026, and appointed J B Bhave & Co as secretarial auditors for FY26–FY30.
Positive for shareholders — healthy top-line growth, a clean audit opinion, and a 400% final dividend signal strong financial health. EBITDA margins, however, showed mild compression on a consolidated basis, which investors should watch. Overall, the results are likely to be viewed favorably by the market.
