Clean Science and Technology reported strong full-year results with standalone total income growing to Rs 9,223.16 million from Rs 8,153.35 million in the prior year, representing approximately 13% revenue growth. Net profit after tax increased to Rs 2,923.02 million from Rs 2,512.17 million, marking about 16% PAT growth. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share (400% on face value of Re 1). Statutory auditors Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results, confirming clean books. The company also approved an additional investment of Rs 200 crores in Clean Fino-Chem Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary.
The results show healthy double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability with a clean audit opinion, which is positive for shareholders. The increased investment in the subsidiary signals continued expansion plans, while the dividend provides direct shareholder returns.
