Clean Science and Technology reported audited standalone total income of Rs 9,223.16 million for FY2026, up 13% from Rs 8,153.35 million in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 19% to Rs 3,216.92 million from Rs 2,693.57 million, with EPS at Rs 30.27 versus Rs 25.35 previously. Consolidated PAT was Rs 2,923.02 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per share (400%) subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved additional investment of Rs 200 crores in Clean Fino-Chem Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary. Statutory auditors Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financials.
The company delivered solid profit growth of around 19% with healthy margins. The dividend and subsidiary investment signal confidence in future prospects. Clean audit opinion with no going concern issues is positive for investor confidence.
