CMS Info Systems reported its Q1 FY26 results on July 23, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose 5% year-on-year to about INR 627 crore (Rs 6,274 million), while profit after tax grew 3% to INR 93.6 crore (Rs 935.79 million), keeping PAT margin at roughly 15%. The Cash Management segment led with Rs 4,170 million in revenue, while Managed Services contributed Rs 2,440 million and Card Services Rs 138 million. Basic EPS stood at Rs 5.69 versus Rs 5.58 in the same quarter last year. The Board also approved acquiring up to 100% of Securens Systems Private Limited, an AIoT-based remote monitoring company, for an all-cash enterprise value of about INR 80 crore to scale the company's HAWKAI Vision AI business. Securens posted FY24 turnover of about INR 77.2 crore and the deal is not a related party transaction, expected to close within three months. Statutory auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
Results show steady but modest single-digit growth in a seasonally weak quarter, with no major surprises on profitability. The Securens acquisition is a strategic, cash-funded move to strengthen the Vision AI business and is sizeable at roughly 10% of quarterly revenue, so investors should track integration progress and any impact on margins in the coming quarters.
