CMS Info Systems reported Q4 FY26 results showing strong sequential recovery with services revenue crossing ₹600 Cr for the first time and EBITDA margin expanding 280 bps to 25.6%. Full year FY26 revenue was ₹2,487 Cr (up 2.6% YoY) but PAT declined 18.5% to ₹303 Cr due to challenging H1. The Board approved a buyback of up to 49.4 lakh shares (3% of equity) at ₹340 per share for ₹167.93 Cr. Record date for the buyback is May 22, 2026. Total FY26 dividend amounts to ₹5.25 per share (₹2.75 interim already paid + ₹2.50 final proposed). The company also completed two acquisitions (Securens and FSS Managed Services) totalling ₹190 Cr during the year.
The ₹168 Cr buyback at ₹340 per share provides an exit opportunity to shareholders at a premium, while the total ₹5.25 dividend represents a shareholder return of over ₹172 Cr combined. The strong Q4 recovery and margin expansion signal improving profitability trajectory.
