CoC appoints Resolution Professional for ongoing CIRP

Sun Granite Export Ltd's Committee of Creditors, in its meeting on September 3, 2026, unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Raghunath Bhandari as the Resolution Professional to conduct the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the company under Section 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This is a continuation of earlier intimations regarding the company's ongoing CIRP.
