CoC approves one resolution plan; awaits NCLT approval

Quadrant Televentures, under CIRP since Sept 2025, held its 12th CoC meeting on July 7, 2026. All 8 items voted were approved. Key result: one resolution plan received 100 percent CoC approval and will be submitted to NCLT for final clearance. Other items approved include CIRP cost budget, related party transactions, and appointing the Resolution Professional to the post-implementation monitoring committee.
