CoC meeting held on Aug 18, 2026 under ongoing CIRP

Baron Infotech, currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), filed a post-facto update on the outcome of its 25th meeting of the Committee of Creditors held on August 18, 2026.
