On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, Coffee Day reported INR 198.20 crore of bank and financial institution loans outstanding, of which INR 181.66 crore was in default. Interest defaults were INR 16.54 crore. The company said delayed debt servicing was due to a liquidity crisis. Total financial indebtedness was INR 248.20 crore.
The large default and liquidity crisis increase repayment risk for shareholders and could pressure the share price.
