On the reaction day the stock moved 3.2 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.5 pts more than its Computers - Software & Consulting peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Coforge reported September-quarter revenue of Rs 398.57 crore and net profit of Rs 42.54 crore, up from Rs 368.86 crore and Rs 35.64 crore in June. Auditors found no material issues. It declared a second FY2025-26 interim dividend of Rs 4 per share; record date October 31, 2025, payable within 30 days. It will wind up two UK subsidiaries to improve efficiency. Per-share figures reflect the June 4 split of 10 shares into five.
Profit growth and the dividend may support the stock. UK closures may aid efficiency, but a Rs 248 million legal cost remains a risk.
