Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue was Rs 39,857 mn and H1 revenue Rs 76,743 mn, about 43% above H1 FY25. H1 profit for owners rose 107% to Rs 6,932 mn (EPS Rs 20.68) and adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 17.3% from 14.3%; operating cash flow was Rs 7,873 mn. The board declared a Rs 4 interim dividend and approved winding up of two UK units. Review was unmodified; a Rs 248 mn exceptional charge and the UK sale limit comparability.
Strong growth, wider margins and a Rs 4 dividend may support the stock, but prior figures were reclassified and UK sale gains are not repeatable.
