Q2 FY26 revenue was Rs 39,857 million, up 31.7 percent year on year; half-year revenue was Rs 76,743 million, up 40.5 percent. Half-year profit after tax was Rs 7,818 million, up 109.7 percent. Q2 adjusted EBITDA margin fell to 18.5 percent from 19.6 percent; half-year margin rose from 14.1 to 17.3 percent. Q2 exceptional items were Rs 5,334 million. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 2,290 million. Declared a Rs 4 per share interim dividend.
Strong revenue and half-year profit growth plus the dividend help shareholders, but exceptional charges and negative operating cash flow are risks.
