Colgate-Palmolive (India) reported Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) net sales of Rs 1,473 Cr, up 1.4% YoY, marking a return to growth after earlier GST-related disruption. Net profit was Rs 324 Cr, up 2.3% YoY excluding a one-time Rs 8.39 Cr exceptional charge for the new Labour Code. Domestic net sales grew 2.2% YoY and gross margin stood at 69.7%, up 50 bps QoQ. Nine-month sales declined 3.2% to Rs 4,401 Cr, reflecting the earlier GST impact.
Return to growth with margin expansion is positive for shareholders; one-time Labour Code charge has minor impact on reported PAT.
