The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. Half-year operating revenue fell 5.5% to Rs 279.09 lakh, but profit after tax jumped 873% to Rs 252.77 lakh from Rs 25.97 lakh because of a Rs 276.33 lakh exceptional gain. Quarter operating revenue rose 11.7% to Rs 155 lakh, while quarterly profit after tax fell 10% to Rs 12.65 lakh. Half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs 131.81 lakh.
Profit rises on a one-off gain, but lower half-year sales, weaker operating margins and negative operating cash flow weaken underlying performance.
