Board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 124.09 lakh from Rs 156.61 lakh YoY, a drop of about 21 percent. PAT surged to Rs 240.12 lakh versus Rs 11.92 lakh, driven by an exceptional gain of Rs 276.33 lakh from sale of factory land, building and machinery at Sinnar. CEO N.K. Menon reappointed for one more year. AGM set for 22 September 2026.
Core revenue is down about 21% YoY. Headline PAT jump is a one-time asset sale windfall, not from operations.
