For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, operating income rose 21% to Rs 455.62 lakh and profit after tax rose 29% to Rs 188.92 lakh from Rs 146.79 lakh. For the half year, operating income was Rs 898.87 lakh and profit after tax was Rs 408.99 lakh, slightly below Rs 413.32 lakh. Net cash from operating activities was negative Rs 2,042.67 lakh versus positive Rs 77.11 lakh. The auditor's limited review found no material misstatement.
Profit growth supports sentiment, but the large operating cash outflow and higher borrowings raise liquidity concerns; half-year profit was nearly flat.
