Board approved September 2026 unaudited results. Standalone sales fell 19.4 percent to Rs 3,648.24 lakh; profit was Rs 16.79 lakh versus a Rs 67.98 lakh loss. Half-year profit rose 44.4 percent to Rs 198.10 lakh. Consolidated sales fell 16.9 percent; the group lost Rs 212.99 lakh after associates, while shareholders' loss narrowed to Rs 186.21 lakh. Margin before depreciation, tax and finance costs fell to 5.0 percent of sales from 7.4 percent.
Falling sales, thinner margins and the group loss weigh on the stock, although standalone profit and half-year profit growth provide support.
