Company completes all creditor payments under NCLT-approved Resolution Plan

SAB Events and Governance Now Media has paid all outstanding dues to PPIRP costs, financial creditors, and operational creditors within the timelines set under its Resolution Plan approved by NCLT on July 10, 2026. The payment was made under the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process framework of the IBC, following guidance from the Monitoring Committee. The company has now complied with all payment obligations under the approved plan.
