On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Compuage Infocom, under CIRP since NCLT order dated 29 April 2024, held its 23rd Committee of Creditors meeting on 13 January 2026 with e-voting concluding on 30 January. The COC approved settlements with over 10 debtors including Green Powers, Thrust Systems, Traconmobi Solutions, Computer Professional, My Infotech, Key Business Solutions, Nexgen Communication, Takyon Networks, and Netlogic Systems. Closure of legal proceedings against Weartech Engineers, Vision Infotech, and Galaxy Computech upon full dues satisfaction was also approved. Statutory auditor, tax auditor, secretarial auditor, and a Singapore branch auditor were appointed for FY 2025-26. AGM notice and various administrative matters were cleared.
Company remains in insolvency resolution. Settlements may aid creditor recovery but equity holders face uncertainty until a resolution plan is approved.
