CAMS reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 9.2% year-on-year to Rs. 336.4 crore, while standalone profit after tax slipped roughly 2.9% to Rs. 105.2 crore (EPS Rs. 21.47 vs Rs. 21.47 prior). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 6.9% to Rs. 354.2 crore, but PAT declined about 4.3% to Rs. 109.1 crore (EPS Rs. 22.07). The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 11 per equity share, with August 8, 2025 as the record date and payout on or before August 29, 2025. Additionally, wholly owned subsidiary CAMS KRA will acquire the KYC Registration Agency business of NSEDAL (NSE's subsidiary) through a slump sale as a going concern. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion.
Modest top-line growth but mild profit compression suggests cost pressures in the quarter; the Rs. 11 interim dividend signals strong cash generation and is positive for shareholders. The KRA acquisition strengthens CAMS's position in the KYC value chain by absorbing NSE's existing KRA customers, which could support future revenue diversification.
