On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.7 pts less than its Capital Markets peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 14 per share. Shareholders on the register on November 7, 2025 are eligible; payment is due by November 26. September-quarter consolidated revenue rose 3% year on year to Rs 388.94 crore, while profit fell 6% to Rs 113.94 crore. It approved splitting each Rs 10 share into five Rs 2 shares, subject to shareholder approval, and moving the payment business to CAMS Payment Services, pending RBI approval.
Rs 14 dividend is payable by November 26. It may aid sentiment and the split may improve liquidity, but lower profit and approval delays are risks.
