Computer Point Limited reported its audited results for FY25 with total revenue of ₹139.94 lakhs, marginally up from ₹138.53 lakhs in FY24 (about 1% growth). The entire revenue came from other income (essentially interest), with no operating income. Despite this, the company swung into a loss after tax of ₹(11.63) lakhs versus a small profit of ₹0.82 lakhs in FY24, mainly because tax expense jumped to ₹13.30 lakhs from ₹0.25 lakhs. Total equity dipped to ₹3,331.21 lakhs, cash declined to ₹59.50 lakhs, and current liabilities nearly doubled to ₹20.60 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Arun Jain & Associates) issued an un-modified (clean) opinion, and K. Bothra & Associates was re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor.
Shareholders should note the swing from profit to loss despite stable revenue, driven by a sharp rise in tax. Combined with a second consecutive year of negative operating cash flows (~₹158 lakh outflow) and shrinking cash reserves, profitability remains weak, though the clean auditor opinion provides some comfort.
