Conart Engineers posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,008 lakh, up about 36% YoY from Rs. 1,478 lakh. Total income rose to Rs. 2,027 lakh vs Rs. 1,579 lakh. However, profit before tax fell to Rs. 93 lakh vs Rs. 131 lakh YoY, and PAT was Rs. 70 lakh vs Rs. 72 lakh. EPS stood at Rs. 1.12 vs Rs. 1.14. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review opinion. The board also appointed Ms. Gandhali Paluskar as Company Secretary.
Strong top-line growth but earnings flat, hinting at margin pressure from higher input and construction costs; clean audit and new compliance officer.
