The Board of Directors of Concord Drugs Limited approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, along with the limited review report by auditors Pundarikashyam and Associates. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs 238.85 lakhs (H1 FY26) from Rs 452.59 lakhs in the corresponding prior period, a drop of about 47%. Standalone revenue declined to Rs 234.59 lakhs from Rs 369.47 lakhs, a fall of roughly 36%. Despite the revenue contraction, profit after tax was largely flat at Rs 30.53 lakhs standalone and Rs 31.00 lakhs consolidated. Total assets rose modestly, and the company generated positive operating cash flow of around Rs 335 lakhs on a standalone basis. The subsidiary Proton Remedies Pvt Ltd contributed negligible revenue and profit. The auditor's review report was a clean, unqualified review with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The sharp drop in revenue, even with stable profits, indicates margin compression and weaker top-line momentum that may concern short-term investors. However, profitability, positive operating cash flow, and an unqualified auditor review provide some comfort on operational health.
