Concord Enviro Systems reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 558.71 million, slightly lower than Rs. 565.84 million in FY25, while consolidated revenue fell to Rs. 5,578.56 million from Rs. 5,944.39 million (6.2% decline). Standalone profit after tax surged to Rs. 95.91 million from Rs. 31.32 million in the prior year, driven by higher other income of Rs. 145.06 million (up from Rs. 33.44 million). However, consolidated PAT from continuing operations dropped to Rs. 197.57 million from Rs. 514.93 million in FY25. The auditors from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company completed its IPO in December 2024 and has unutilised IPO proceeds of Rs. 437.42 million as of March 31, 2026. An exceptional labour code impact of Rs. 3.90 million was reversed during Q4 after salary restructuring.
The standalone results show strong profit growth, but the consolidated revenue decline and lower consolidated profitability may concern investors. The clean audit opinion removes going concern and audit qualification risks. The company has healthy cash reserves of Rs. 479.73 million at standalone level.
