Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results on Nov 7. Consolidated Q2 revenue fell 23 percent YoY to Rs 1,248M. H1 consolidated revenue dropped 14 percent to Rs 2,272M. Consolidated H1 PAT, including discontinued operations, came in at Rs 86M versus Rs 129M a year ago. Discontinued operations reported Rs 18M loss in H1. Standalone H1 PAT jumped to about Rs 50M from Rs 9M. Board also terminated ESOP 2022 after shareholder approval. No deviation reported in use of IPO funds raised in December 2024.
Consolidated revenue and profits declined year on year, weighed by discontinued operations losses. ESOP termination removes a dilution overhang. Watch for H2 recovery.
