On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its LPG/CNG/PNG/LNG Supplier peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BW LPG Shipping FZCO (formerly BW LPG Infrastructure DMCC), a Dubai-based investor, has divested its entire 8.50 percent holding (about 2.82 crore shares) in Confidence Petroleum India Limited through an off-market sale on June 2, 2026. BW LPG was not part of the promoter group. All agreements dated 30 November 2023 between the company and BW LPG stand terminated. After this exit, BW LPG holds zero shares in the company.
Major institutional shareholder divests completely and all related pacts end. May weigh on stock sentiment due to loss of a sizeable foreign investor.
