Q1 FY27 results: Revenue up 63% YoY, PAT nearly doubles

Consecutive Commodities posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 921.66 lakh, up 62.8% YoY from Rs 566.05 lakh. Net profit rose to Rs 119.74 lakh versus Rs 59.97 lakh YoY, a near doubling. Sequentially though, revenue fell 44% from Rs 1640.33 lakh in Q4 FY26. PBT stood at Rs 153.27 lakh and EPS was Rs 0.07. The auditor flagged an emphasis of matter noting trade receivables, payables and loans pending external verification, absence of GSTN during the period, and that the company does not maintain a bank account in its own name.
