N R International's board approved audited standalone results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25. Total income for the year fell to Rs 77.86 lakhs from Rs 102.13 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 24%. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 0.65 lakhs in FY25 versus a profit of Rs 8.49 lakhs in FY24. Q4 FY25 was particularly weak, with a net loss of Rs 17.38 lakhs against a loss of Rs 8.87 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Cash flow from operations was negative at Rs (77.30) lakhs, though cash and equivalents stood at Rs 1.14 lakhs. Total equity was broadly flat at Rs 2,171.11 lakhs and the auditor (M/s ABA & Co.) issued an unqualified opinion with no going concern flag.
Shareholders should note the top-line contraction, return to a small net loss, and continued negative operating cash flow, indicating the core business is not generating cash. Despite this, the balance sheet remains intact with no meaningful debt, and the auditor raised no concerns.
