Board approved standalone unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results ended 30 September 2025. H1 total income rose to 3,410 lakh from 3,181 lakh. Profit before tax grew to 3,377 lakh from 3,126 lakh. PAT fell to 2,837 lakh from 7,012 lakh, the drop caused by a large one-time deferred tax credit in the prior year rather than weaker operations. EPS stood at 8.78 versus 21.69. Company Secretary Anil Kaushal retires on 30 November, replaced by Mohit Srivastava from 1 December. Auditor Kanodia Sanyal issued an unqualified review report.
Operating profits improved year-on-year. Lower reported PAT reflects prior year tax effect, not business weakness. Secretary change is routine governance.
