Constronics Infra's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended 30 September 2025) along with the limited review report by statutory auditor M/s. B. Thiagarajan & Co. Standalone Q2 FY26 revenue from operations was Rs 850.57 lakhs with a profit after tax of Rs 120.10 lakhs and EPS of Rs 0.96. On a consolidated basis (now including new subsidiary Constronics Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd), PAT for Q2 was Rs 144.30 lakhs. The company invested Rs 1,257.38 lakhs in a subsidiary and Rs 2,143.15 lakhs is shown as Capital Work-in-Progress, funded partly by new long-term borrowings of Rs 1,737.17 lakhs.
Results show continued profitability and operational growth, with the company expanding into energy solutions through a new subsidiary and undertaking significant capex. However, the auditor issued a qualified conclusion due to Rs 5.87 lakhs cash seized by an investigating agency (unrelated to the company's business) with no provision made, which investors should note as a disclosure concern.
