Board approved Q1 FY26-27 results. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 956.66 lakhs from Rs 1,273.76 lakhs (about 25% lower YoY). PAT declined to Rs 73.04 lakhs from Rs 100.47 lakhs (about 27% lower YoY). Consolidated PAT was Rs 69.88 lakhs. Auditor issued a qualified conclusion as Rs 5.87 lakhs cash was seized by an investigating agency with no provision made. 30.10 lakh unconverted warrants worth Rs 8.27 crores subscription will be forfeited.
Revenue and PAT fell sharply YoY. Auditor qualification on seized cash is a concern, but business stays profitable.
