Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) reported its Q1 FY26 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹2,149.53 crore from ₹2,097.07 crore in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 2.5%. Standalone profit after tax came in at ₹257.71 crore versus ₹255.35 crore, while consolidated PAT was ₹267.28 crore compared to ₹259.42 crore. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹1.60 per share (32% on face value of ₹5), totalling ₹121.86 crore, with a record date of August 13, 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s Amit Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The auditor flagged an emphasis of matter regarding uncertainty over Land License Fee paid to Indian Railways and a change in the useful life of LNG Trucks & Trailers from 8 to 15 years, which lowered depreciation by ₹1.54 crore this quarter. A going concern uncertainty was noted for subsidiary CONCOR Air Limited, which has not yet started its planned new business venture.
Stable quarterly performance with modest revenue and profit growth, supported by a healthy interim dividend of ₹1.60 per share that should appeal to income-focused investors. However, the going concern flag on subsidiary CONCOR Air Limited and the unresolved Railway land lease matter remain watch items for investors.
