CONCOR reported FY 2025-26 standalone revenue of ₹9,059 crore, up 2.2% from ₹8,863 crore in the prior year. Profit after tax declined 3.9% to ₹1,222 crore from ₹1,272 crore, impacted by higher operating expenses and increased other expenses. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹1 per share (20%), bringing total dividend for the year to ₹8.60 per share (172% payout). The auditors issued an unmodified opinion but highlighted several emphasis of matters including uncertainty around Land License Fee calculations to Indian Railways, trade receivables of ₹29.34 crore outstanding over 3 years with only ₹4.82 crore provisioned, and pending balance confirmations. A subsidiary CONCOR Air Limited has a going concern uncertainty as its operations were terminated in March 2023. The company also changed the useful life of LNG trucks from 8 to 15 years, reducing depreciation by ₹8.07 crore.
Revenue growth was modest at 2.2% while PAT declined about 4%, suggesting margin pressure. The substantial dividend payout of 172% provides shareholder returns despite profit decline. Auditors' emphasis on unresolved receivables and land lease uncertainty warrant monitoring.
