CONCOR reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs 8,863 crore, up about 2.7% from Rs 8,632 crore last year. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs 1,272 crore from Rs 1,231 crore, while consolidated PAT grew to Rs 1,292 crore from Rs 1,248 crore. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 2,281 crore with PAT of Rs 302 crore. The board declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (40%), taking total FY25 dividend to 230% (Rs 11.50 per share). The board also approved a 1:4 bonus share issue, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The statutory auditor gave an unqualified (clean) opinion, but flagged emphasis-of-matter items on Railway land licence fee uncertainty, unreconciled old trade balances, and going-concern issues at the wholly-owned subsidiary CONCOR Air Limited. Operating cash flow was strong at Rs 1,665 crore.
Positive for shareholders: steady low-single-digit growth in topline and bottom line, a generous total dividend yield, and a bonus issue that increases share liquidity. However, EPS will mechanically drop after the bonus issue, and the lack of an Independent Director on the board from Nov 2024 to Mar 2025 is a governance red flag investors should watch.
