CONCOR received a GST order dated 19 Oct 2026 from the Joint Commissioner of State Tax Appeals IV, Mumbai, for FY 2019-20. The order raises a demand of Rs 2.92 crore, penalty of Rs 34.44 lakh, and interest of Rs 3.26 crore, totaling around Rs 6.52 crore. Allegations relate to ITC from GSTR-3B non-filers, excess ITC claim, and short tax deposit. The company says there is no non-compliance on its part and no material financial impact, and plans to file an appeal.
Company disputes the order, sees no material financial impact, and will appeal. Watch for the appeal outcome in coming quarters.
