Coromandel Agro Products & Oils Ltd has resubmitted its audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 (originally filed on 28 May 2025) to attach the mandatory declaration of an unmodified auditor opinion from M/s Nataraja Iyer & Co. No changes were made to the numbers themselves. For the full year FY25, revenue from operations fell to Rs. 15,905.46 lakhs from Rs. 18,324.03 lakhs in FY24, a decline of around 13%. Despite the topline drop, net profit jumped sharply to Rs. 376.48 lakhs from Rs. 130.11 lakhs, a growth of nearly 189%, helped by lower raw material and other expenses. EPS rose to Rs. 47.66 from Rs. 16.47. In Q4 alone, revenue grew to Rs. 6,188.51 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,672.58 lakhs in Q4 FY24) and net profit rose to Rs. 178.73 lakhs (vs Rs. 100.29 lakhs). The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. Operating cash flow was positive but very thin at Rs. 8.42 lakhs, and the company has no defaults on loans or debt securities.
Sharply higher profits on a smaller revenue base show improved cost efficiency, which is positive for shareholders. The modest dividend and weak cash generation mean the main takeaway for investors is a significant earnings turnaround rather than aggressive payouts.
