Coromandel International reported standalone revenue of Rs 30,530.89 crore for FY26, up 26.8% from Rs 24,064.25 crore in FY25, driven by growth in both Nutrient and Crop Protection segments. However, standalone PAT grew only 3.5% to Rs 2,008.58 crore, impacted by an exceptional item of Rs 125.15 crore as impairment provision for the Company's Drones subsidiary due to delayed order execution. Q4 standalone PAT declined sharply to Rs 154.31 crore from Rs 388.90 crore in Q4 FY25. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share (200% on face value of Re 1). The Company also issued a corporate guarantee of up to USD 15.5 million for Baobab Mining & Chemicals Corporation, its 71.51% owned Senegal subsidiary. NACL Industries became a subsidiary in August 2025, expanding the Crop Protection segment.
Strong revenue growth above 20% was offset by lower profitability due to exceptional impairment charges. Shareholders receive dividend payout, but the Q4 PAT decline and one-time drone business write-down may create near-term negative sentiment.
