Coromandel International reported strong 30% revenue growth (Rs 31,827 Cr) for FY26 on a consolidated basis, with EBITDA up 23% to Rs 3,232 Cr. However, PAT declined 8% to Rs 1,898 Cr due to negative exceptional items of Rs 71 Cr versus positive Rs 347 Cr in FY25. The standalone PAT grew 3% to Rs 2,009 Cr. Q4 showed mixed trends with 19% revenue growth but an 80% PAT decline to Rs 115 Cr, impacted by exceptional items. The company declared total dividend of Rs 11 per share for FY26. Crop Protection delivered robust 16% revenue growth and 55% profit growth, while the Nutrient business grew fertiliser volumes by 7% to 4.3 million tons. NACL Industries subsidiary returned to profitability with 28% revenue growth.
Strong top-line and EBITDA growth reflect solid operational performance, but the PAT decline due to exceptional item reversal may create some near-term caution. The healthy dividend and subsidiary turnaround are positive signals for long-term shareholders.
