Coromandel International reported standalone revenue of Rs. 30,530.89 crore for FY26, up 26.8% from Rs. 24,064.25 crore in FY25, driven by strong performance in Nutrient and Crop Protection segments. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 31,479.54 crore. Standalone net profit after tax increased 3.5% to Rs. 2,008.58 crore, while consolidated PAT declined 7.6% to Rs. 1,898.14 crore due to higher finance costs and impairment charges. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (200% on face value of Re. 1). Exceptional items include Rs. 125.15 crore impairment provision for the Drones subsidiary business due to order execution delays. The company also announced re-appointment of S R Batliboi & Associates LLP as statutory auditors and issuance of corporate guarantee of up to USD 15.5 million for Baobab Mining & Chemicals Corporation subsidiary.
Strong revenue growth demonstrates robust demand for fertilizers and crop protection products. However, the decline in consolidated PAT and exceptional impairment charges for the Drones business may create near-term concerns. The dividend declaration is positive for shareholders.
